Just wanted to confirm Blood Washes Blood can be done in less than 15 minutes if you take a ursan blessing with you and skip the bear shrine.
I started from longeyes ledge, flagges the heroes/hench at the res shrine and ran straight to the portal avoiding all the mobs along the way, capped the first shrine and then rezoned with the bear and ran straight to the red flag /charr stronghold and killed the groups around the flag, quest complete in less than 15 minutes.
I have just done this 3 times with a bha+poison+epidemic + sabs n/mo mm and n/rt healer + random hench and each time i didnt rush there but i did avoid the mobs along the way and each time was just under 15 mins.

You can do this of course, but I find it easier to go forward and sit on the hill. Clear all the mobs then plant a flag on top of the hill. Think there was a destroyer of lives and a destroyer of earth there. Then run back and activate the countdown. Destroyers spawn in groups of 4 and your H/H will intercept them on the hill. Run back to help out, though H/H can take 4 destroyers pretty well without you. So no need to worry about making split teams. After timers done, just run back and you can fetch the golems and go wipe the last two bosses.

For G.O.L.E.M I actually had my heros and henchmen take the left side, while i stood out of aggro range of oncoming destroyers on the right (but in range of the kiln) and just healed the golem until the waves stopped coming and the left side was clear at which point i released the h/h and they wiped the rest of the destroyers.

Sorry, I didn't notice someone was having a problem.
Are you flagging your heroes at the top of the hill, in the narrow bottleneck? They CAN'T get to the Golems if you are doing this right.

If you are running from longeyes ledge you should only have maybe 1 or two things to kill when you rezone to the first bear shrine, if you come from the other town there will be a huge mass of them spectral things to kill

I know. I start from longeyes ledge. when I zone to Jaga Moraine. there are alot of Spectral Vaettir around the Sacred Altar.
everytime I just mostly clear every Spectral Vaettir around the Altar.
but that sometimes made me died twice.
just wondering if you guy doing the samething or there is a away to avoid it.

It depends on spawnlocations.
Sometimes it's better to rezone and hope for a better spawn if they're all close to the altar.
I did a HM one yesterday and I could just walk to the shrine. It was allmost fully capped before a patrol wandered by. I only had to kill the one patrol.

Ah yes i see i just had my first very bad spawn and i had to kill one or two groups around the shrine, i have never had that hapen to me before so for future reference if there are any around the altar just rezone a couple of times and they will probably go away.
Needs testing but my guess is just a bad spawn like odly said.

For the HM books I do A time for heroes, can get a run for 1k or so, Against the Charr, Nornbear, Golem, Blood washes Blood, BwB is the only one I have trouble with the altar has always been swarmed (10 runs), and the final boss always aggoes in a huge group, I have wiped here 3 of 10 times, and if I wipe once I usually wipe again.

Dunno if it's been mentioned but you can H/H A Time For Heroes with 2 monk heroes in a few mins, just as fast as it takes for a run but without the wait finding one.
One thing you have to do though is suicide out of range of your heroes. If you don't, you won't be able to control the second monk well enough. It involves lots of flagging but it's not hard to do.
________________
Hero 1 : Bonder
Healing Prayers : 13 or more
Divine Favor : 12
Mending
Watchful Spirit
Succor
Balthazars Spirit
Blessed Signet
Any rez skill (disabled, but needed on bar. I'll explain in a minute)
Set to Avoid Combat and disable all skills except Blessed Signet. Maintain enchants on the other monk hero to provide +7 health regen, +1 energy regen and energy from Balth Spirit. Have them flagged on the edge of the lava at the beginning out of aggro range of everything.
The rez skill is needed so the mission doesn't end. When i first tried this i suicided my character and the mission failed instantly. I put a rez on the hero bar but had it disabled and this time the mission didn't end when i died. I used rebirth but i don't think it matters so long as you have a rez on there.
________________
Hero 2 : Mo/Me 55 degen (standard 55 kit. -50hp cesta, +5e, 20% enchant melee weapon)
Prot Prayers : 16
Illusion Magic : 12
Divine Favor : rest
Shield of Regeneration [E]
Protective Spirit
Conjure Nightmare or Illusion of Pain
Conjure Phantasm
Sympathetic Visage
Ancestors Visage
Essence Bond
Blessed Aura
You could also split-spec into Prot and Healing to use Healing Breeze if you don't have SoR available but it's a little more dangerous. On the plus side, no elite required.
Set to Aggressive, this stops them running around and you need to stay still for the visages to work. Maintain Essence Bond and Blessed Aura on hero 2. Keep Prot Spirit and SoR up at all times. Flag the hero across the room towards TGD but note that you won't see things on your radar until you get close to them (it will look empty at the start). Place the flag marker right on TGD to put the hero in melee range. Maintain either of the visages (you should be able to keep one up 95% of the time) to drain all energy from TGD. This means he won't use any skills, including the ones that knock you down and summon more destroyers. Maintain whichever degen hexes you choose at all times. Basically use the same method as a human would use, just a little harder to control.
EDIT: If there is a Destroyer of Deeds there, start again. The interrupts will kill you.

I have not been using any consumables, just sabs + hench when im alone and i usualy do a quick run every now and then when i get time...
1. Curse of the teddybear: 7 /10 mins
2. Blood Washes blood 10 /15 mins
3. The Great Pushover 1 /3 mins
It depends if i am wide awake enough to kill stuff but 2000 normal mode or 3000 hard mode points is good enough for me in that time frame.
